Refund policy
All items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have received a damaged item due to post mishandling, please email bronzed.by.ali@gmail.com within 2 business days from receiving the damaged item. Please include your order number, and a photo of the damaged item in your email.
Cancellations of orders:
We cannot make any changes to your order once such order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order please email bronzed.by.ali@gmail.com within 24 hours and if the order has not yet been submitted then we will process your cancellation.
Postage/ shipping:
If your package has been marked by the local postal service as “delivered” but you have not physically received your package, it is up to the customer to contact local postal service to follow up. If neither party resolves this issue Bronzed By Ali is not liable to refund or resend your order.
